Account and Data Deletion

Account deletion is available directly in the application under account settings.

When an account is deleted, user profile data, goals, habits, and related conversations are removed unless retention is required by law.

Limited technical logs and data required for legal compliance and abuse prevention may be retained for periods defined by law and internal policy.
